Refund Policy – TrilaeSIM

At TrilaeSIM, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we provide digital eSIM products and prepaid mobile data plans, each refund request is reviewed individually.

Eligible for Refund

A refund may be granted in the following situations:

– The eSIM was not delivered to the customer.

– The eSIM has not been activated or used.

– The customer purchased an eSIM for a device that does not support eSIM technology and the eSIM has not been activated.

– A verified technical issue prevents the eSIM from functioning as intended.

– The purchased product cannot be provided due to a service issue from our provider.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds cannot be issued when:

-The eSIM has been activated or used.

– Incorrect information was provided during the purchase process.

– The issue is caused by device settings, misuse, or factors outside TrilaeSIM’s control.

– The customer requests a refund after successfully using the service.

How to Request a Refund
